while searching the wikipedia pages as instructed i discovered several links to pages of interest about banned books and how common it really is that our freedom to chose what we like is taken away from us.

but the other site i enjoyed was the book lovers wiki and the idea that anyone can contribute to review a large range of books.

i have managed to navigate my way around the bloglines program in an effort to find at least 5 RSS feeds . i added the powerhouse museum blog just because i could but the others that interested me included

u can tell that i am a teenager. i think that by choosing relevent sites though they would be useful in the workplace for being notified about new things as soon as possible. it is also possible to create one for the library it which developments are put up and can be viewed my both customers and staff.

i found personally that the library blogs didnt interest me but i am sure that they are relevent for many people.

Panic at the disco

i chose this picture from flickr just because the band panic! at the disco were the first thing that i thought to search because i am going to see them this week live. They are going to be great.

first time

This blog will basically be about me and my traineeship which i started about a week ago and the experiences that it involves. i'm not entirely sure what this will be considering i am undertaking a library services traineeship. I do also of different things but most what u would expect would happen in a library, dealing with books computers n stuff. Thats why i think that this course will help me become more familiar with new programs and how i can use them within my workplace. so i will keep this updated with all the progress i will hopefully b making.
